Product Description

  • Equipped with Swiss LabSen® 831 pH Electrode and MP500 Temperature probe, designed for measuring solutions containing strong acid or hydrofluoric acid.
  • Intelligent Functions: Self-Diagnosis of out-of-range value and electrode invalidation, calibration reminders, calibration date checking, clock display, easy parameter setting
  • GLP standard data management, 500 data sets of storage, manual/auto storage, USB data output
  • Rugged Structure Design: IP57 waterproof rating; Large white backlit LCD; Soft silicon case gives you a firm and comfortable grip
  • Powered by AA batteries; the foldable stand also allows use as a benchtop meter

Designed for professional measurement in strong acid solutions, and is resistant to hydrofluoric corrosion, good for 1000 times of measurement (each measurement <1 minute, and HF concentration should be less than 0.1mol/L or 0.2% wt%) with the help of the LabSen 831 pH Electrode and MP500 Temperature probe.  Also suitable for general water solutions.

GLP Data Logging and Data Management
Auto. or manual data logging with GLP data management (500 sets of data storage) and USB data output for further analysis and report.

Easy Calibration
Quick and easy 1 to 3 points of auto. pH calibration, recognizing pH standards of 1.68, 4. 00, 7.00, 10.01, 12.45. The self-diagnosis function ensures pH calibration will be correctly performed.

LabSen 831

LabSen 831 pH Electrode and MP500 Temperature probe, designed for measuring solutions containing strong acid or hydrofluoric acid.

Specialized Electrolyte

Apera's proprietary blue gel inner solution does not flow at all, which means it will never generate air bubbles. The electrode can work well even when being held upside-down. It is not only more convenient to use, but also improves the measurement accuracy by eliminating heat convection in the inner glass membrane.

HF glass membrane

The equipped Swiss LabSen 831 Glass pH Electrode adopts a special HF glass membrane, which is resistant to HF corrosion and is capable of measuring solution containing HF acid for up to 1000 times. (measurement time<1 minute, and HF concentration should be less than 0.1mol/L or 0.2% wt%)

Silver-ion-trap reference system

The combination of a Long-life reference system and a silver ion trap. The silver ion trap will absorb all the exuded Ag+, ensuring that there's no Ag+ in the reference electrolyte, and avoiding junction clogs caused by samples containing sulfides, proteins or TRIS buffer solutions.
